Homeowner Sales Time Line:
To ensure a smooth sales process, please follow the time line listed below:
1. Upon the signing of your Agreement of Sale with your builder, please call our Broomall, PA office at 610-328-0670 or call toll free at 1-866-BROSINC to set up an appointment with a sales representative.
2. Brother's Inc. will then send you an Introductory Packet, which will outline the available products and services Brother's Electric & Brother's Security Plus, Inc. offers above and beyond your standard electric and security items.
3. Upon receipt of the Introductory Packet, please review the standard electrical floor plans for your selected home. Please write down any questions you may have to be reviewed with the sales representative at your sales meeting.
4. Our sales meetings are usually held either at our Broomall, PA office or at the model home of your development. Please allow at least one (1) hour for this initial meeting.
5. Within seven (7) day of your initial meeting, you will receive an itemized contract and revised marked-up floor plan with your selected options and upgrades indicated in red.
6. Please review your contract and prints and call your sales representative to review any changes or corrections. It will take 24 hours to process any changes.
7. Our office must receive the following items ten (10) days prior to the rough electrical/security wiring of your home (a good indication is when the 2nd floor framing of your home begins).
a. Your signed contract
b. Payment in full for all options (personal check, credit card or money order)
8. If you have purchased a security system, please call our Broomall, PA office at least one (1) week prior to your settlement date to make an appointment for your security orientation. It is very important that you have a working phone line in your home prior to the security orientation date in order for your security system to be activated.
